We feel it's the duty of large and small businesses alike to give back to the local communities that support them by contributing to charitable organizations. As a small business that wants to help, we've decided to donate 100% of all "tips" we receive from our customers to philanthropic causes. Each month we will choose a new charity to donate to and we will verify all contributions on the TIPS for a Cause tab. To donate simply look for the "tip jar" at our booth locations and thank you for your support.

We bring the taste of Maine to you! We are purveyors of only the very finest, sustainably fished, 100% certified real Maine lobster. We personally have the lobster shipped from the ice cold waters of Maine to us here in Southern California. Then we bring sweet, buttery lobster to you in its most convenient eating form...the lobster roll! No cooking, no shell, no mess! Just the best Down East treat brought to Southern California in the form of a sandwich. You can also buy lobster meat, or frozen RAW out of the shell lobster tails direct from us at our locations. These raw tails allow for unique forms of cooking besides the traditional boiling or steaming. For example, the raw tails are spectacular when butter poached! This is something you normally can not do with lobster in the shell without significant hassle.
